The classic 1981 thriller "Eye of the Needle" starring Donald Sutherland is now available to rent, purchase, or stream via subscription on various platforms including Vudu, The Roku Channel, Apple iTunes, TCM, and AMC on Demand.
The film follows the story of Henry Faber, a ruthless Nazi spy undercover in England before D-Day, who finds his icy resolve melting away when he falls for Lucy Rose (Kate Nelligan), a married woman. As Faber's passion for Lucy intensifies, his mission becomes increasingly compromised, putting both himself and the lives of others in danger.
In addition to Sutherland and Nelligan, the film's cast includes Stephen MacKenna and Philip Martin Brown. "Eye of the Needle" is directed by Richard Marquand and based on the novel of the same name by Ken Follett.
